The Windows 10 action center has a quick actions area that you can customize. Here’s how to do it.
The Windows 10 action center can be accessed by clicking the button on the far right of the taskbar. It gathers notifications, but also includes an area to quickly perform certain actions, for example activating Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. This area is customizable. First of all, you can display only the first four actions by clicking on Reduce.

Click on Develop to return to the normal display.
To customize the action area, click the Start button, then click the garner-shaped settings icon. Then click on System.

In the left column, click Notifications and actions. You can then move the action tiles by clicking on them, then moving them while holding the mouse button down. This is particularly useful for selecting the four actions that will be displayed when using reduced mode (see above).

To display only certain tiles, click Add or remove quick actions.

Then simply turn on or off the switches corresponding to the different actions.
