Philips Hue today introduces the Philips Hue Play Wall Washer who uses exclusive Colorcast technology to create striking light effects on the wall. The Play Wall Washer synchronizes and responds in real time to games, films and music, with rich color expenses and impressive light effects thanks to the smart entertainmentalgorithm from Hue. You can easily adjust the projection area by placing the lamp closer or further off the wall. This lamp is also 15.7 cm high and 9.1 cm wide.
If no synchronization is active, the lamp can also be used as mood lighting. The combination of lively colors and a sleek design ensures a stylish look.
With its matte aluminum housing and transparent projection star, the lamp looks much more qualitative than typical plastic models. That makes the lamp a design object rather than a standard technical device.

Installation and operation
The installation and operation are easy via the HUE ecosystem. You can adjust the intensity, speed, brightness and position of the light yourself. Thanks to the intuitive 3D function in the Hue app, you can easily drag the light source to the right place and direction.
The lamp simply works together with the Hue HDMI Sync Box, the TV and PC Sync apps, all Hue accessories and speech assistants such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple HomeKit.
