Write your own film with Dialogue in 3 steps

Always wanted to write your own film? With Dialogue this is easier than ever. The app works fast, is beautifully designed and above all very accessible. This is why you should give the application a shot.

Dialogue: everyone is a film writer

Many people dream of writing a movie script one day. Few actually put their money where their mouth is, and that is a shame. After all, if you never try, you know for sure that it will not work. Dialogue therefore lowers the threshold, so that everyone can write their own film. These are a number of reasons to give the app a try.

1. Writing is (almost) automatic

The first thing that strikes you about the app is its simple, yet well-thought-out appearance. Dialogue lives up to its name and looks like a chat conversation. Writing dialogues is therefore very easy.

The app automatically switches characters so that you can continue writing. At the top of the keyboard you can see from which person you are now telling: switch by pressing another icon. Finally, you can even use your own voice during the writing process: Dialogue has a speech-to-text function.

2. “The name is Bond, James Bond”

You can create as many characters as you want. You can adjust this to your heart’s content, for example by making the jawline slightly wider, selecting a different cut or choosing a different type of facial hair.

This allows you to write from a character’s personality, rather than just a name. You work with scenes just like real filmmakers. You can easily change the order of this.

3. Satisfied or would you rather continue working?

Is the script ready for Netflix? Then it’s time to wrap up. In Dialogue you can save the text directly as a PDF file. This file can no longer be edited. Not completely satisfied yet? Then select the option to send the file to your computer to continue working.
