Particularly modernized
Inglourious Basterds Cycles. It may sound like a rebellious cycling club, but it’s not. Inglourious Basterds Cycles is an Italian company that produces custom motorcycles, but also has a love for Italian automotive history. It has been working on a modernized primal Panda for several months. And not just any!
In the suburbs of the Italian city of Ferrara is Inglorious Basterds Cycles, a company that makes unique motorcycles to order. The latest project from Inglorious Basterds Cycles has two wheels more than a motorcycle, and of course we like to see that at AutoWeek.nl. The company has driven an old Fiat Panda 4×4 into its workshop and is busy modernizing it in its own way.
The creation that the Italians are working on is called P4ND4 Restomod Hybrid in full, and that name naturally indicates that the modernized old Panda has a hybrid powertrain in a sense. It consists of a 1.2 from the Punto to which a mild hybrid system has been attached. The P4ND4 Restomod Hybrid gets plastic wheel arch edges, headlights with LED technology, a bullbar, spotlights, new side mirrors and new bumpers all around. The Panda will include a digital set of instruments and things like air conditioning.
According to Italian media, Inglorious Basterds Cycles will make about ten copies, each of which will cost around €60,000.
