Are you excited about the current generation Mercedes-Benz E-class? Then be quick, because the model is almost no longer available. There are still a handful of copies for sale, after which the current generation E-class will temporarily disappear from the market in the Netherlands.
Mercedes-Benz has not delivered the E-class Limousine since March last year. The sedan version of Mercedes’ competitor of the BMW 5 series is sold out and you can no longer configure the E-class Estate. According to the Dutch importer, a number of copies of the E-class are still available from stock. Once these are sold, it will be over in our country for the current generation.
But don’t worry, he will of course not remain without a successor. Mercedes-Benz has a brand new generation of E-class in the pipeline that will be introduced this year. There is no direct successor to the E-class Coupé and Cabriolet. Together with the Coupé and Cabriolet flavors of the C-class, that pair will be succeeded by one model that may be called CLE.
