After a limited Launch Edition in the US, LiveWire, the electric motorcycle brand under the Harley-Davidson umbrella, has now presented the exclusive color scheme for the S2 Del Mar European Launch Edition. From April 27, the motorcycle can be reserved online.
Only 100 will be made for the European market of the European Launch Edition of the S2 Del Mar, LiveWire’s second model, which was launched by Harley-Davidson as an EV motorcycle brand in 2021 and the model name for that time was Harley’s first electric motorcycle.
With the launch of LiveWire as a motorcycle brand, the focus was initially completely placed on the US, which meant that Harley’s EV model LiveWire, which has since been known as LiveWire ONE, was not available in Europe. That would last until March 15 of this year, when the LiveWire ONE also became available in the Benelux.
The second model, the S2 Del Mar, is built for agility and has a soulful design that means it sets the new standard in exciting electric driving experiences.
Then what are we talking about? In a nutshell: 249 Nm of torque, 195 kg of weight and 3.1 seconds to sprint from 1-100 km/h. LiveWire claims a city range of 177 km, the bike has L1 and L2 charging options, over-the-air updates and a 4 inch TFT color display.
For the full story, however, we will have to wait until June, when the full product specifications will be announced. First deliveries are scheduled for September, with prices for the S2 Del Mar European Launch Edition starting at €20,390.
