Seat’s largest SUV is now available again as a plug-in hybrid. The Seat Tarraco PHEV was launched on the Dutch market in 2021, but was silently cut out of the range in July last year.

In November 2020, Seat presented the plug-in hybrid variant of its largest SUV: the Tarraco PHEV. The Seat Tarraco PHEV entered the Dutch market a few months later, but was no longer available since July last year. Those who can appreciate the Tarraco and have missed the plug-in hybrid variant recently can put the car back on their shortlist. The Seat Tarraco PHEV is available again.

The Seat Tarraco PHEV has a 150 hp 1.4 TSI and a 116 hp electric motor that together account for a system power of 245 hp and 400 Nm. You may know this powertrain from cars such as the Leon PHEV, Passat GTE, Octavia iV and Cupra models. The 12.8 kWh battery is good for an electric range of up to 51 kilometers.

The Seat Tarraco PHEV can be ordered in the Netherlands as FR Business and costs a minimum of €48,995. The Tarraco is also available with a 150 hp 1.5 TSI, both with a manual gearbox and with a DSG7 automatic transmission. The variant with manual gearbox costs at least €42,350, for the variant with automatic transmission you will have to pay €45,500.
