The name is 007. Zeekr, 007.
Zeekr is launching an electric sedan with which it launches an attack on cars such as the Tesla Model 3 and BYD Seal. That car will be called 007 and it is the Zeekr 007 of which AutoWeek can show you the first images.
Zeekr started its career as a Geely brand with the 001. The Zeekr These two electric models are also delivered in the Netherlands. The third model that Zeekr has – the 009 – is a huge electric MPV, which the brand does not offer in Europe. The Zeekr range currently consisting of three models will soon be expanded with the 007. The Zeekr 007 is an electric sedan with which the Chinese hope to throw a spanner in the works of cars like the Model 3.
Unfortunately, we can’t tell you much about the Zeekr 007 yet. We see an electric four-door with a snout that looks remarkably unrecognizable. The Zeekr 007 may be the brand’s first car with a truly unique look. The 001 started its life as a study model for Lynk & Co and this is clearly visible in the front of the car. The Zeekr We no longer see this on the Zeekr 007. The Zeekr 007 also has a strikingly rising shoulder line, apparently hidden door handles and rear lights that mainly consist of horizontal stripes. The brand name Zeekr is strikingly written out illuminated on a strip of plastic at the bottom of the rear window.
We’ll know more later this month when the Zeekr 007 will be unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show.
