The fact is that the shape of ears is unique for everyone. AirPods obviously aren’t, so there’s a very real chance they won’t fit in your ears properly and might not even stay in place. Fortunately, there are various solutions for this. For normal AirPods, but also for AirPods Pro. We have listed the best tips for you!
Silicone earcaps
The simplest and cheapest solution for your AirPods not staying in place are silicone eartips (or earcaps). These are available for all available AirPods and in many different colors. They are often unbranded and cost on average about 5 or 6 euros per set. An additional advantage is that this way you also protect the AirPods against sweat.

Silicone eartips with hook
For even more strength, choose silicone eartips with a hook. Your AirPods stay in place much better, because the hook hooks behind the edge in the middle of your ear. These eartips are also suitable for protecting your AirPods and you pay just a little more for a pair. You can get them for 8 euros.

Sports crochet
These hooks do not stay in the middle of your ear, but go all the way around it. This way you can be sure that they won’t fall out of your ears, no matter what you do. The hooks are therefore also ideal if you regularly wear the AirPods while exercising. You can buy them for almost the same price as the silicone eartips with hook; you pay about 7 euros for the brackets.

Anti-lost strap
You can also opt for a so-called anti-lost strap. They will then remain around your neck and this will prevent them from breaking. Such an anti-lost strap costs around 5 euros.
