You can charge more and more devices wirelessly, and then a charging station is useful. You can then easily charge multiple devices at the same time. For this review we tested the UGREEN MagFlow 3-in-1 magnetic charging station with Qi2 25W. This is part of UGREEN’s first Qi2 25W certified collection, an important addition to this charging dock.
The MagFlow Charging Pad not only offers lightning-fast wireless charging and a stylish design, but also features a hidden Apple Watch charging puck that supports fast charging, as well as a separate charging pad for AirPods or other Qi-enabled wireless earphones. This positions UGREEN as a forerunner in the new generation of wireless charging technology. Time for a review.
UGREEN MagFlow 3-in-1
UGREEN is a well-known brand that was originally mainly purchased on cheap Chinese websites such as AliExpress. Today the company focuses on strong development within the EU with official certifications and new exclusive products. In recent years, UGREEN has launched several MagSafe products, and after the introduction of Qi2, the company is focusing on this technology. After all, this technology is universal and is also supported by smartphones and devices from other brands.
For this review, we tested the UGREEN MagFlow 3-in-1 magnetic charging station. The charging station is equipped with an adjustable Qi2 25W wireless charging surface for a smartphone, a charging module for the Apple Watch with fast charging and a 5W charging surface to wirelessly charge AirPods and other Qi devices.
You connect the charging station to the mains power using the supplied adapter. So you only use one power point to charge three devices at the same time. In fact, with the USB-C connection at the back you can even charge an additional device with the cable, for example an iPad. A great solution for a bedside table or desk.
Light materials and premium finish
The MagFlow 3-in-1 is made of polycarbonate and ABS, making the charger lightweight and high impact resistance. Thanks to the aluminum look, the charger gets a solid and premium appearance. The charging station has a compact size, the weighted bottom provides stability and allows easy magnetic placement with one hand.
The sleek and foldable design offers two advantages: it is easier to take the charger with you when traveling and it blends in more with the environment. Both the iPhone and Watch stay in place thanks to the magnetic connection, a solution for wireless charging.
Adjustable Qi2 charger
A striking feature is the adjustable angle of up to 70 degrees, allowing the device to be used in both landscape and portrait mode. This is ideal for video calling, watching movies while charging, or using Apple’s Stand-By feature. The charging station can also be laid completely flat for discreet charging sessions.
The Apple Watch charger is hidden in the housing and you can push it out at the back, ideal because nowadays the Apple Watch charger is mainly intended for fast charging instead of long-term use. This way you can store it neatly when you are not using it.
The magnet is powerful enough to hold the smartphone in place, but also to change the position of the charger when your iPhone is attached. Of course, it is important that your iPhone case also has a magnet.
8-layer protection system with ThermalGuard

Full Qi2 support
Qi2 is more than a magnetic ring to attach the device. Thanks to official support, the 3-in-1 UGREEN charging pad can charge faster wirelessly up to 25W. Normally the iPhone is limited to 7.5W charging via Qi, but Qi2 products support fast charging up to 25W. The Qi charger for AirPods has a maximum power of 5W. Fast charging for iPhone and Apple Watch
UGREEN is one of the few manufacturers that offers fast charging for the Apple Watch series 7 or newer. Not all their chargers are suitable for this, but the UGREEN MagFlow 3-in-1 is. The charging station in practice
The charging station is available in a light blue color that resembles the sky blue of the MacBook Air and the bottom has an anti-slip coating. Thanks to the stable bottom, you can easily use the charger with one hand.
There is an extra USB-C port on the back that allows you to charge additional devices with a USB-C cable. This gives you the option to charge not three, but four devices at the same time, which is perfect if you also want to charge your iPad.
The magnets for iPhone and Apple Watch are strong enough to stay in place. There is also enough space to charge your Apple Watch without the straps on your smartphone getting in the way.
The charging point is equipped with an LED indicator that provides feedback when charging has started or if something is wrong. This can happen if you do not place a device properly on the charging surface or if there is an object on the charging surface that cannot be charged.
In addition to the Qi2, the Apple Watch puck and the USB-C port, there is also an extra charging surface for AirPods and other wireless earphones. This charging point can also be used for other Qi-enabled devices, which means that you can also charge another iPhone, smartphone or wireless accessories, for example.
Now we have to admit that the AirPods part is unnecessary in most situations. You can also charge the AirPods via the iPhone charger and some models even via the Apple Watch charger in landscape orientation. Still, it is a useful addition and ensures that you have enough space for the other devices.
Use of covers
If you want to use a case in combination with the iPhone or AirPods, that is no problem, as long as it is not thicker than 3 mm. So you don’t have to remove the case if you want to charge a device. It is recommended that the iPhone case has a magnetic MagSafe ring, so that it is powerful enough to stay in place.
Compatibility
It’s no surprise that the UGREEN MagFlow 3-in-1 charging station is best used in combination with an iPhone 12 (Pro) or newer. You can still use older iPhone models because they have supported wireless charging since the iPhone 8 (Plus), but do not have a built-in magnetic ring. This is also the case for the iPhone SE 3rd generation and iPhone 16e.
Qi2 25W certified devices will charge at a maximum of 25W. Other Qi2 certified devices will charge at a maximum of 15W.
