Kia has decided to release the first images and a handful of new details for the all-new Sorento before the Geneva Motor Show.
The completely new fourth generation of the Sorento will experience its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show, but the Koreans have decided to release the appearance, the inside before the show debut.
On earlier design sketches we could already see that the new Sorento is given a relatively angular and therefore sturdy carriage. At the back, Kia places two upright rear lights with small ‘spurs’. The vertical units are somewhat reminiscent of the lighting that Kia screwed on the back of the Palisade. The Sorento has a front with relatively flat headlights, specimens that overflow into the grille and are accompanied at the bottom by boomerang-shaped LED strips. The ‘fin’ is also striking, and is given a place near the C-pillar.
Last year, Kia only sold 16 Sorentos in the Netherlands, as cars of this size were hit hard by the Dutch bpm. The Sorento is officially presented in Geneva, so we have all the information.
