Electric Toyota Proace City Electric: from €25,995

Anyone in the market for a compact electric van can turn to the Stellantis brands for cars such as the Opel Combo-e Cargo, Citroën ë-Berlingo Van and Peugeot e-Partner. Those who prefer a Toyota logo on the snout of their company car can pick up a car that is technically related to the triplets from Toyota. After all, Toyota has the Proace City Electric in its range, an electric delivery van for which the prices are now known.

The electric Toyota Proace City Electric has a starting price of €25,995 (excl. bpm and VAT). That amount is for the short Proace City Electric, executed as Comfort. We write ‘short’, as Toyota supplies the Proace City Electric in two lengths. The shortest version is 4.4 meters long and has a loading volume of 3.3 cubic meters. The longer variant extends over a distance of 4.75 meters and absorbs 4.4 cubic meters of material. The Proace City Electric Long has to do without the basic Comfort version and costs €28,495 as a Cool version. Each electric Proace City Electric has a payload of 800 kilos and can tow up to 750 kilos.

Regardless of the length chosen, the Proace City Electric has a 136 hp and 250 Nm electric motor that is powered by a 50 kWh battery. The WLTP range of all versions is 275 kilometers. The top speed is limited to 135 km/h. A 3-phase 11 kW on-board charger is standard. The 50 kWh battery can be fully charged in about 5 hours. On a 100 kW fast charger, the package can be filled with electricity to 80 percent of its capacity in 30 minutes.
