You can read this in AutoWeek 41

AutoWeek 41 will be in stores from tomorrow or will fall on your doormat this week. This week, among other things, a potential sales stunner will compete against the car that is already high in the sales figures, but of course much more is to be expected.

Plenty of important new arrivals in AutoWeek this week. To start with, the brand new Opel Mokka, which can compete with the popular but now somewhat aging Hyundai Kona. There are also electric versions of both, but we now put the Kona and Mokka with petrol engines next to each other.

Volvo XC40 vs. Tesla Model Y

A fully electrically powered duo with enormous potential can be seen above. We are referring to the Tesla Model Y with enormous potential, because the Volvo XC40 Recharge has already proven that many Dutch people are waiting for it. Now he can also prove whether Tesla’s youngest offspring can be kept at a distance.

More electrical news is in the form of the Cupra Born. The Spanish cousin of the Volkswagen ID3, or is it just an ID3 with a different sauce? Marco Gorter has the pleasure of finding out. That was not the only electric car that Marco went on the road, because he also subjected the BMW i4 to a test. The i4 kicks down several holy houses at BMW, if only the question is how bad that is.

Mercedes Benz 500 E vs. Mercedes-AMG E 63 S

AutoWeek would not be AutoWeek if there was not also attention for cars with a fuel engine and specifically two copies that are very tasty. The Mercedes-Benz 500 E has a reputation to lick your fingers. The modern equivalent, the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S, will probably never become such an icon. Still, Mercedes has come a long way when we compare the two, but which one would we prefer…?

Skoda Octavia Roller dynamometer

Sporty fun of a more modest kind finds its way to the rollers. This week there is a Skoda Octavia Combi RS on it. An ultimate sleeper? Maybe, because when the gas goes on, the gauges shoot up… What happened here?

All that and more can be read in the latest AutoWeek. It will be in stores from Wednesday this week. Would you rather not go out? Order from the lazy chair the latest number. Then it will be delivered to your doorstep within two working days.
