Numbo has a database of about 8 million spam numbers that it can block. In addition, it offers a lookup function, so that you can look up which part belongs to a specific number.
A number that turns out to be unwanted afterwards can be added to the blacklist via the dialer. The database is automatically updated for all users, so you always have the complete list. The app also displays any comments (coming from the community). You can also share specific senders with other users. A real-time counter shows how many songs have been reported in the last 24 hours and how many songs are stored in the database.
The app stands out mainly because of its clear user interface. If you want to block text messages, you can also work with keywords. If a message contains a predefined keyword, it will also be blocked. The app works with various wizards that help you set the desired options.
The app works on the basis of a subscription model. You can pay per year and per month. Please note: the subscriptions are automatically renewed. The blocker also works with phones that have a second SIM card.
