To reach the Helpdesk by telephone, go to http://www.hcc.nl/helpdesk for an up-to-date overview of the list of available telephone numbers to call.

query 2

HCC!questionnaire
Instead of by telephone, it is also possible to ask a question digitally to the HCC! You can ask a question on Questionbaak.hcc.nl through a so-called ticket to create. But perhaps someone else has also asked the same question, so you will also find answers to previous questions in the knowledge base.
If your question is not listed, just create a ticket and ask your question. You will receive a confirmation email, which also contains the ticket number. This number is important because then the process from question to answer can be followed. The email will be sent to the email address you provided when creating the ticket.
The FAQ coordinator assigns each new ticket to a helpdesk volunteer who specializes in the chosen topic. A response will be given within 72 hours.
