Abt likes to tinker with the Audi models. After a big boost for various RS models, there is now a sporty update for the RS Q3.
With the new RS Q3 and RS Q3 Sportback, Audi was not exactly holding itself back. After a maximum of 367 hp from the first RS Q3 (Performance), the new duo is already good for standard 400 hp and 480 Nm of torque. As can be expected from Abt in the meantime, that is of course always possible a little more. By using Abt’s Engine Control, the power is increased to 440 hp and 520 Nm of torque. With this, the tuned RS Q3 (Sportback) sprints from standstill to 100 within 4.3 seconds. A “regular” RS Q3 takes 0.2 seconds longer.
Abt does not (yet) have an extreme conversion package ready. Customers can knock on the door tuner for a set of new wheels. Four of Abt’s existing range of alloy wheels have been prepped for the compact SUV. One can choose from 20- or 21-inch copies.
