The cream of the A110 salmon
The limited editions of the Alpine A110 are flying around your ears and the end is not yet in sight. It seems that the French are working on a rock-hard top version above the A110 R.
The gentlemen and ladies of Alpine keep going with the special versions of the A110 and we don’t blame them. From the A110 San Remo 73 to the A110 S Enstone Edition and from the A110 R Le Mans to the A110 R Fernando Alonso. If it doesn’t have to be all that exclusive, but it has to go very quickly, then you can of course sign up for the regular Alpine A110 R. That sporty top version is not for the cat and yet it seems that Alpine is taking the A110 to an even higher level .
In these spy photos we see an Alpine A110 that clearly has some more extreme external features than the A110 R. We see, among other things, a more extensive splitter under the front bumper and canards. On the back of the A110 is an apparently slightly more intense spoiler than on the A110 R and we spot a small spoiler on the carriage underneath. So extra downforce for the A110 R and no doubt for good reason. Alpine will probably increase the power of the 1.8 a bit further and then the 300 hp will quickly come into view.
The question is when this even sportier A110 will be unveiled. It could well herald the spectacular finale of the current A110. We expect the fully electric successor in 2026.
