You cannot use your Apple device without an Apple ID. It is therefore important to be able to access your Apple ID data at any time. This data has now been given a new look.
Apple ID page now much clearer
Apple has the Apple ID landing page updated. The new page is more in line with Apple’s recent design style. This way things look a lot sleeker, with lots of white and gray tones. All information is now clearly arranged in a map-style view. This allows users to see the most important information about their Apple ID at a glance.

On the left we see a menu, which is available from every separate page. Here you will find the options ‘Login & Security’, ‘Personal Information’, ‘Payment Methods’, ‘Family Sharing’, ‘Devices’ and ‘Privacy’. Which data you find where speaks for itself.
Adjusting Apple ID information has become a lot easier in the past year. Previously, for example, removing your Apple ID was quite a hassle. The design of the website was still a bit behind, so finding certain settings was not always easy. That is now a thing of the past.

The benefits of an Apple ID
So you need your Apple ID to use your iPhone. But what else is such an Apple account good for? You use your Apple ID, among other things, to install apps. The account is also linked to all kinds of Apple services, such as iCloud – if you use this, of course.

Also handy: your Apple ID and iCloud connect all your Apple products. As a result, functions such as Continuity work very well – for example the automatic synchronization of notes, or using your AirPods and Apple Watch.
