iPhone 12 Pro and XR disappear
You may have noticed that the iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and iPhone XR have disappeared from Apple’s lineup. They can no longer be found on the website of the Cupertino company, and that is for a reason. With the arrival of the iPhone 13 Pro (Max), the 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max have become obsolete, so they are no longer officially sold.
The iPhone XR was introduced in 2018 and was therefore already quite old. However, Apple recently used the device as an entry-level iPhone, but this role is now taken by the newer iPhone 11. This iPhone is faster, has an extra camera on the back and much more. With a suggested retail price of 589 euros, the iPhone 11 is the cheapest iPhone with the modern, bezelless design.
The most affordable iPhone is the iPhone SE (2020). This device has a suggested retail price of 492 euros (64GB) or 542 euros (128GB) and is therefore a bit cheaper than the iPhone 11. It does look old-fashioned and still has a Touch ID fingerprint scanner. In the iPhone SE price comparison, you can see that you can get the phone for a few tens less at other web stores.
