Audi RS e-tron GT
The Audi e-tron GT makes its debut. The brand has four-door gran turismo unveiled together with the performance model RS e-tron GT. Here you will find the first specifications.
This year, several new electric ‘e-tron’ models from Audi will have their premiere. Today, the brand is the first to unveil the e-tron GT, an elegant four-door coupé in the tradition of the gran turismos. Its performance brother RS e-tron GT also makes its debut. The cars measure up to 4.99 meters long, of which 2.90 meters is the wheelbase. With a height of 1.41 meters, the e-tron GT lies low above the road.
Technic
The streamlined design and aerodynamic components, such as the electronically controlled rear spoiler, provide a drag (Cw) value of just 0.24. This contributes to the large range of 487 km (WLTP measured). The battery pack of no less than 85 kWh is located in the bottom of the car, so that there is a low center of gravity and an almost ideal (50:50) weight distribution. Special: thanks to cut-outs in the battery pack, rear seat occupants have more legroom.

Audi e-tron GT
There is an electric motor on both the front and rear axles. The system power of the e-tron GT thus comes to 350 kW / 476 hp, in boost mode even 390 kW / 530 hp. In efficiency mode, the GT drives with front-wheel drive, and in conditions such as slippery conditions, the rear wheels are automatically added at lightning speed. The RS has a system output of 440 kW / 598 hp – excluding boost – and torque of 830 Nm. With that you can do the sprint from 0-100 km / h in 3.3 seconds, which is as fast as a supercar! The top speed is limited to 250 km / h. Remarkably, the RS e-tron GT has a two-speed transmission. This promotes both acceleration and efficient use of power.
Super fast loading
Also worth mentioning is the fast charging time with direct current. With a charger up to 270 kW, 5 minutes of charging would be enough for an extra 100 km of range. Energy is added to the battery during sailing, among other things. So with this gran turismo you can make a lot of kilometers.
Expect extensive equipment and the latest tech in the two electric models. Performance parts are available for the RS model.
