After making its appearance in the Audi A6, the 40 TFSI will also be found in the A7 as the new entry-level engine. The prices are immediately known. In addition, Audi is now also awarding the price of the A6 Avant 50 TFSI e.
The addition of the 40 TFSI means that the entry-level A7 now has a 2.0 four-cylinder equipped with mild hybrid technology. The block delivers 204 hp and 320 Nm and as standard it is linked to the seven-speed S tronic automatic transmission with double clutch. The A7 40 TFSI is available as a Pro Line from € 70,615. The Pro Line Plus and Pro Line S are for € 83,075 and € 84,805 respectively in the price list. In addition, the prices of the plug-in hybrid variants of the A7 have changed slightly. The A7 50 TFSI e is now available from € 77,400 for the Pro Line (was € 78,130) and the 55 TFSI e as a Competition should now yield € 98,850 (was € 97,920).
In addition to the prices of the different variants for the A7, the price of the A6 Avant 50 TFSI e is also known. Previously, this milder plug-in hybrid variant was only reserved for the sedan and the Avant had to make do with the 55 TFSI e. The price for the A6 Avant 50 TFSI e Business Edition is € 74,330, an additional cost of € 3,400 compared to the sedan. The addition of the 50 TFSI e means that plugs with the A6 Avant are now € 8,070 cheaper than with the A6 Avant 55 TFSI e Competition, which costs at least € 82,400. Audi has also recently revised the battery pack of the TFSI e variants, which means that the electric range is greater than before.
