BMW reports that it has chosen the Geneva Motor Show as the stage to present the Concept i4, a preview of a fully electric Gran Coupé from the brand.
BMW will launch the i4 in 2021, a fully electric ‘Gran Coupé’ which, of course, will first have to be shown in conceptual form before it is launched. In Geneva, the Concept i4 will be on display, which is expected to be a glimmer after the production-ready precursor to the new EV. BMW is now showing a teaser that we are not getting much wiser.
The i4 rolls off the line in Munich from 2021. The electric BMW receives an 80 kWh battery pack, good for a WLTP range of 600 kilometers. The electric heart itself is 531 hp strong, good for a sprint from a standstill to 100 km / h in 4 seconds. The top speed is 200 km / h, not bad for an EV. The battery pack, with a 150 kW charger, can be charged to 80 percent of its capacity in around 35 minutes. More in Geneva!
