Canceling ViaPlay: that’s how you get rid of it quickly
Formula 1 is gone from Ziggo, and the races can now be viewed at Viaplay. For the streaming service you temporarily pay 9.99 per month. In addition to Formula 1, Viaplay gives you access to Bundesliga football, PDC darts, movies, series and more.
However, not everyone is satisfied with the offer or the quality of the streams. Canceling ViaPlay is easy and you can at any time. We show you how to do that.
Canceling ViaPlay: in four steps
- Surf to the ViaPlay’s websiteâ€
- Click on ‘Sign up’ and log in with your details;
- Click on your profile picture or on ‘My account’;
- Choose ‘Cancel package’ and follow the steps on the screen.
You will then receive an email about canceling ViaPlay to the email address you have set. Not receiving an email? Also check your spam folder to be sure. There is a good chance that the message ended up there.
After you cancel ViaPlay, you can continue to use your account and watch until the end of your billing period. You can renew your subscription to ViaPlay at any time. But don’t forget that there is still an introductory rate. On August 1, 2022 you will pay more, because then the price will be 13.99 euros per month.
Canceling ViaPlay at KPN or Ziggo
Do you watch ViaPlay at KPN or Ziggo? Then you have to cancel the ViaPlay subscription with your TV provider. You do this in the following way.
KPN
At KPN you surf to the My KPN website†Then log in with your details and choose your TV package. Then you have to tap on the minus sign next to Viaplay and open the shopping cart. Accept the terms and conditions and make your choice final by clicking ‘Confirm’.
Ziggo
Ziggo customers have to cancel ViaPlay in much the same way. Surf to your website Ziggo account and log in with your details. Then click on ‘Manage streaming services’. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your ViaPlay subscription.
ViaPlay, Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV Plus and more
ViaPlay not only shows sports, but also films and series. Fortunately, there are plenty of other streaming services you can turn to for movies and series if you’ve decided to cancel ViaPlay.
