Important: For all variants and also for sitz baths, the bath water should be a maximum of 38 degrees. For sensitive children’s skin, the temperature should not exceed 37 degrees.

Important: You should only sit in a chamomile bath for 20 minutes at most, otherwise your skin will dry out too much. A chamomile sitz bath should last a maximum of 15 minutes, as the active ingredient concentration is much higher.
After bathing, you can rinse your skin briefly with cold water to close the pores. Then dry yourself thoroughly and rest in bed, well covered, for at least 30 minutes.
When buying chamomile tea or dried flowers, make sure they are organic. Conventionally grown chamomile is usually contaminated with pesticides and is therefore not good for your health.
