Changan Vision V is an exciting preview

The Chinese state-owned company Changan Automobile presented a new study model during Auto China. The show car bears the name Vision V and looks like a fairly concrete preview of a new SUV.

At what should have been the Geneva Motor Show at the beginning of this year, Chinese manufacturer Changan Autmobile presented the Uni-T to the world. The Uni-T is comparable in size to the Ford Kuga and the Mazda CX-5. That SUV will eventually be joined by a big brother, to which the Vision V Concept looks ahead.

The Vision V is an almost five meter long SUV with a wheelbase of over 2.8 meters. The car has three rows of seats, which of course directly indicates the placement of the model above the Uni-T. Changan provides virtually no information about the study model, but you can count on it that a production model will show up in the not too distant future. The Vision V has a relatively dense grille and ultra-flat LED headlamps that are connected together with an LED strip. The car also has typical conceptual glimmers, such as the digital side mirrors, the illuminated grille and the so-called suicide doors. We don’t have to expect the end result, which will most likely be called Uni-V, on the European market.
