The iPhone 13 mini is the most recent small iPhone with Face ID that Apple has released. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 neither have a mini version available.
The iPhone 13 mini has a 5.4-inch OLED screen. The maximum brightness is 1200 nits. That is bright enough to be able to read the screen even in bright sunlight.
The iPhone 13 mini, like the 12 mini, has a dual camera on the back. The ultra-wide-angle lens has been slightly improved and both sensors have a resolution of 12 megapixels. The camera of the iPhone 13 mini is still fine. It lacks the 48 megapixels of the current iPhones, but you don’t notice that much.
The iPhone 13 mini contains an A15 Bionic and according to Apple it is 50 percent faster than the A14 (which is in the iPhone 12). The iPhone 15 has an A16 chip, so the chip of the iPhone 13 mini is not much inferior to that of Apple’s more recent iPhones.
