15 years ago, Dacia returned to the European market. The budget brand stands still with the Série Limitée 15th Anniversary.

Dacia, originally a Romanian brand, was taken over by Renault after the fall of the Eastern bloc. It made it into a budget brand, using the Renault technology. Dacia has now been back on the European market for 15 years and that is celebrating with the limited build 15th Anniversary.

This Série Limitée has been developed according to the standard Dacia formula but comes with more equipment than normal. Dacia has taken the Stepway equipment level as a basis. Extra are the rear camera, parking sensors, automatic air conditioning, the 7 inch touchscreen with integrated navigation, a USB and Bluetooth connection. The interior has special seat covers and blue decorative elements.

On the outside we find black mirror covers, door sills at the front, striping on the B-pillar, light-alloy wheels and also blue accents here. Exclusive to the 15th Anniversary is the lacquer color Blue Cosmos. Six other body colors are also available. The ’15’ badges indicate that the series is limited.

TCe 100 Bi Fuel engine

The Série Limitée 15th Anniversary models are the first Dacia’s to receive the new Bi Fuel engine. This 100 hp TCe petrol engine can also run on LPG. The latter is cheaper, cleaner and the extra tank ensures a greater action radius. The three-cylinder turbo engine delivers 170 Nm of torque. The table below shows the – now to be ordered – versions and prices. Delivery will follow in the spring. The Sandero Stepway and Logan MCV with TCe 100 engine will follow later.
