Rumors had already said that Disney Plus would get a big price increase, but now it has been officially announced by the American company. From October 17, the price will go up by three euros upwards.

Then you no longer pay 10.99 euros for Disney Plus, but 13.99, which is of course a lot more expensive. The prices for the annual subscription that you normally have to pay 109.99 euros for are also going up. You then have to put 139.99 on the table per year to enjoy your favorite Marvel films and Star Wars series.

The more expensive Disney Plus subscription will then be called Premium from now on. You can watch four simultaneous streams in 4k quality. In addition to the Premium subscription, there will also be a Standard subscription. With this you can watch two simultaneous streams in 1080p. For this subscription you will then pay 9.99 euros per month.

In addition to these two subscriptions, Disney Plus also comes with a new subscription. This subscription costs 5.99 euros per month, but then you will see advertisements. You can watch two streams at the same time in 1080p. But with this subscription it is not possible to download films and series to watch offline.
