  • Best provision: Vaccination against flu is recommended for certain age groups and people with underlying diseases. People aged 60 and over are affected by the age of 60, chronically ill of all ages, pregnant women and residents of old people’s and nursing homes, said Dunja Kleis, state manager of the Barmer in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. What should I pay attention to when I am infected?

  • A fresh handkerchief for every sneaker and regular intensive hand washing with soap after cleaning the nose.
