Temporary extras
Audi is temporarily expanding the delivery range of the electric Q8 e-tron and Q8 Sportback e-tron by two versions. They are called Advanced Edition Plus and S Edition Competition. AutoWeek has the prices.
The Audi Q8 e-tron and the Sportback version were already available in many versions and two are now being added. Audi adds two limited versions to the price list of those two.
The first new version is called Advanced Edition Plus and is – you don’t expect it – a step above the regular Advanced Edition. The Q8 e-tron Advanced Edition is only available with the 408 hp powertrain and therefore also has the large battery pack with a capacity of 115 kWh in its bottom. Compared to the regular Advanced Edition, the Advanced Edition Plus offers extras such as a panoramic glass roof and 19-inch alloy wheels that bear the name ‘Aero’. MMI Navigation Plus, fully automatic air conditioning, electrically adjustable and heated seats and extensive mood lighting are also part of the Plus party as standard. The Audi Q8 55 e-tron Advanced Edition Plus costs €83,585. You have lost €85,985 for the Sportback variant in this outfit.
The second new, temporarily available version is called S Edition Competition. It is indeed a step above the existing S Edition. Just like the Advanced Edition Plus, this variant has the ’55’ powertrain with 408 hp electric motor and 115 kWh battery pack, but is a touch sportier. This version offers everything that the Advanced Edition Plus offers, but adds the S Line decoration for both exterior and interior, the ‘optics package black’ and privacy glass. The Q8 55 e-tron S Edition Competition costs €89,085. For the Sportback version you tap €91,485.
