Certainly not the last

Maserati is completely on the plug. From 2030, De Tritand will only sell purely electric cars and it is the GranTurismo that will be the first to get a fully electric version. These espionage records show the electric Maserati GranTurismo Folgore in action at the Nürburgring-Nordschleife.
At the beginning of this year, Maserati pulled a completely new model from the top hat: the Grecale. That is an SUV that will be one step below the Levante and where the Italians naturally hope to put large numbers away. That Grecale is armed with mild-hybrid four-cylinder and with a mighty biturbo-V6, but is also available with an electric powertrain. That electric variant will be called Folgore, but the Grecale will not be the first Maserati to be available as Folgore. After all, the yet-to-be-revealed next-generation GranTurismo comes first!
Maserati GranTurismo
The new generation Maserati GranTurismo will be available with combustion engines and will also remain faithful to the now quite outdated model in terms of design. On the outside, the Folgore version will only differ in detail from the versions with combustion engines. Count on relatively closed wheels and a different grille, but the electric GranTurismo also remains faithful to the well-known recipe. The charging point seems to be located under the left rear light.
It doesn’t stop with an electric GranTurismo. Maserati also has a GranCabriolet in the pipeline and there will probably also be an electric Folgore version.
