Electric Renault Trafic E-Tech Electric has a price

The Renault Trafic E-Tech Electric, which was presented in September 2022, has been a long time coming, because today it appears for the first time in the Dutch price lists. That long wait was not entirely without reason, because in the meantime Renault has made some technical improvements. The previously promised maximum range of 240 km has been changed to 294 km. That saves quite a sip on a drink! The price list of the always 122 hp electric Trafic starts at €41,000.

There are two important caveats to that amount. Firstly, it is exclusive of VAT (for commercial vehicles it is customary to communicate the price without VAT) and it is the price for the electric Renault Trafic as a ‘platform cabin’, so not the closed van version, but a Trafic with a partly empty chassis on which your own superstructure can be placed. It is, however, the longer of the two lengths (L2: 5.48m). For €200 more you get the Renault Trafic E-Tech Electric as a panel van L1H1 (5.08 meters long and 1.967 m high), with a double cabin it starts at €43,300 excluding VAT for the L1H1. Both basic versions can be ordered in January, the L2H1 (€41,700 closed van and €43,800 double cabin) can be ordered immediately.
