Least expensive, but never cheap

The Rolls-Royce Specter is a special model for several aspects. It is not only the first fully electric Rolls-Royce ever to go into series production, but also the least expensive car of the brand in years!
“If you have to ask the price of a car, you can’t afford it.” That is a phrase that seems inextricably linked to the models of the noble Rolls-Royce. The starting price of the Rolls-Royce Ghost is over four tons, the SUV Cullinan changes hands from more than €430,000 and the top model Phantom costs at least €550,000. Heavy amounts. The fully electric Specter now has a Dutch price tag. What seems? It is by far the least expensive Rolls-Royce in years.
The electric Rolls-Royce Specter has a Dutch price of €396,275. Of course it is not an outright price hit, but the coupé knows how to stay out of the clutches of the big bpm monster. For just under 4 tons you get a watt of an electric coupé that is 5.45 meters long, over 2 meters wide and weighs a hefty 2,975 kilos. Built around an aluminum spaceframe, the Specter is supposed to be 30 percent stiffer than any other model from the brand.
The Specter has a 258 hp electric motor on the front axle and a 489 hp electric motor on the rear axle, together good for a system power of 584 hp and 900 Nm. This means that the EV thunders from a standstill to a speed of 100 km / h in 4.5 seconds. The 102 kWh battery pack – which weighs 700 kilograms – gives the Rolls-Royce Specter a range of up to 530 kilometers. Fast charging is possible with up to 195 kW.
