Cheerful movie car or silent hint?
Volkswagen is proud to announce that some members of the electric ID family will appear in the film Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie will appear. We just don’t know the electric Volkswagen Beetle yet.
Volkswagen briefly shines the spotlight on the ID Buzz, ID4 and ID7, which will soon make their film debut in Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie. Nice, but normally we wouldn’t necessarily think about that. However, the main character Ladybug drives, how could it be otherwise with such a name, in an electric Volkswagen Beetle. In the photo above you can see her proudly standing next to her striking means of transport. Of course we don’t know that yet.
The second generation of the modern Beetle, the Volkswagen Beetle, went out of production in 2019. There has been no mention of a successor to date. At the beginning of 2020, Volkswagen itself waved the Beetle out ‘for the last time’. So we probably shouldn’t expect too much from this Beetle, which is also not very production-ready, but never say never.
