Bright minds from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University contributed to the development of an electric car. The EV is not yet completely ready for production, but it has already been given a name: Eva.
The Eva is a simple-looking and angular MPV-like model that is built around an aluminum frame and has a body made of fiberglass. The four-seater is four meters long, but has yet to be provided with a final exterior. For example, the Eva has no headlights and the whole looks a bit provisional. The Eva has, among other things, a set of solar panels on its muzzle and the roof of the EV, which is apparently practical thanks to large glass doors, is also covered with solar cells. With those cells, the 1,100-kilo Eva could, in the best case, be able to charge up to 30 kilometers of electricity per day.
The creative minds behind the Eva report that the electrical project in these photos is equipped with one battery pack, although the modular design of the car should also allow room for a second set of batteries. On the single battery pack, the Eva must be able to travel about 100 kilometers for the time being. The top speed is set at 80 km / h. A final production version of the Eva should be able to travel up to 500 kilometers on a charge. The Eva must also be easy to equip with a second electric motor. However, there are no concrete production plans yet, although the makers of the Eva indicate that a possible production version could get a starting price of less than € 10,000.
Eva
Something different from the umpteenth electro sportsman with more than a thousand electric horses. Nice detail: the interior is composed of various parts from other models. For example, the ventilation grille containing the rotary knob for the lighting comes from the Volkswagen Golf IV.
