Techzle can exclusively show you a series of patent plates of a hitherto unknown Honda study model. The futuristic-looking concept car seems to have driven away from the future.
Honda apparently has a new study model in its design department. This is evident from these patent drawings of a hitherto unknown concept car of the brand that Techzle can show you exclusively. The patent plates submitted by the Japanese headquarters of Honda show a study model with a very special design.
Honda concept car
The conceptual Honda, of which we unfortunately don’t have a name yet, simply looks startling from every angle. The relatively stretched show car has wheels concealed behind specially designed wheel arches with a series of thin openings. Ordinary doors seem to be missing and the car seems to get a huge glass roof that in fact also replaces the entire side and rear window. The futuristic design undoubtedly goes hand in hand with an electric powertrain and hardware and software that – at least on paper – makes autonomous driving possible.
It is too early to say whether the spectacular-looking concept car will actually serve as a design precursor to a new production model, or whether Honda will use the car as a showcase for its technical knowledge and skills. In any case, it provides special viewing food.
