Facelift BMW 5-series back in the picture

The current generation of the BMW 5 series is about halfway through its life cycle and so it may not be long before a facelift is implemented. The updated 5 Series is now clearly visible again.

On average, a generation of the BMW 5 series lasts about seven years, so we can say that the G30 generation, which appeared in 2016, must continue for about three years. To ensure that the car continues to generate enough interest, the facelifted 5 series will be released this year. As has been seen before with prototypes, BMW takes a very subtle approach to the changes.

This copy, on which it can all be seen a bit better, shows that there are no big surprises coming. The headlights are slightly ‘flatter’ than before and have a slightly different layout. The ‘kidneys’ also seem to grow slightly, but the much more extreme variants of the 7 series or even the 4 series we do not yet expect on the 5 series. Also at the rear it remains largely with the well-known recipe, although we also see slightly different classified lighting here. The ‘Fünfer’ will probably shake off the camouflage completely next summer or autumn.
