The climate crisis affects us all – so it is understandable that we are concerned about the future. In this episode, Utopia editors Annika and Kathi explain why we should stop talking about “fear of the climate” and how we deal with our feelings about the climate crisis.

However, this usually has nothing to do with an anxiety disorder or depression. Why, explains Dr. Felix Peter from Psychologists for Future in the Utopia Podcast.
