Fiat has shown a teaser image with which it announces the arrival of a brand new Strada, a pickup that we do not have to expect on the market in the Netherlands.
Fiat has been testing for some time with a very special camouflage work. We already suspected that the relatively compact-looking pickup would be the successor to the current generation Strada. These suspicions are confirmed by Fiat through a teaser image.
The current generation of the Fiat Strada has its roots in 1996. The compact pickup, currently a two-seat car, shares its technology with the Palio, a car whose station wagon version was sold in Europe as the Palio Weekend. That Palio Weekend was still in production until recently, but recently Fiat pulled the plug from the now 24-year-old station. The Strada will soon be retiring and a completely new generation will not only get a double cabin, but also new technology. Subsequently, various components of the Mobi and the Argo will be hidden under the skin. Fiat keeps the lips stiff together on the new Strada and keeps it with this one image.
