With special buttocks
Fisker has released the first clear image of the Pear. The specially named Fisker Pear is, according to its creators, the future when it comes to clean and affordable individual mobility in cities. Striking, the Pear does not seem to be a small car.
Fisker has big plans to conquer the world with its electric SUV Ocean. But it doesn’t stop at the Ocean. For example, Fisker also comes with an electric pick-up and a smaller electric crossover. That electric crossover will be called Pear, a name that stands for Ppersonal Electric aautomotive Revolution. According to Fisker, the Pear is the future when it comes to electric transport in the city and that is quite special. The Pear promises to be 4.5 meters long. This makes it considerably shorter than the 4.78 meter long Ocean, but still not a really compact car.
Fisker has pictured the Pear inside and out before, but we’ve never seen the car as good as on these new plates. The Fisker Pear seems to have a relatively chunky appearance, complete with fairly wide hips and a taillight that wraps around the rear window and with the third brake light at the top. At the front, the Fisker Pear gets distinctive flat LED headlights that visually flow into a strip that connects the headlights and is interrupted only by the model name.
The Fisker Pear is to be marketed with one and two electric motors. The variant with the largest range should be able to squeeze about 500 kilometers from a full battery. Just like the Ocean, the Pear will also be available with solar cells on its roof. According to Fisker, it has received 5,600 orders for the Pear. The Fisker Pear should cost less than $29,900 in its home country of the United States, so less than €27,879. The full reveal will follow later this year. The first copies should be built by Foxconn in mid-2024.
