Five orange used cars for less than €10,000

Orange party on King’s Day

Orange cars

It’s King’s Day and we won’t let that go unnoticed here at AutoWeek.nl. We take a look at our used car range and put five nice and not too expensive orange cars on our digital carpet.

Fiat Panda – 2007 – €3,690

Orange cars

We kick off with a car that is perfect for today, both inside and out; this Fiat Panda 1.2 Edizione Cool from 2007. The name of the version says it all, we are dealing with an incredibly cool thing here. If you like modest cars, yes. Such a Panda can really become a very nice, loyal friend of yours and it has also had a relatively quiet life and is therefore very strikingly colored.

Suzuki Swift – 2005 – €3,499

Orange cars

In the same category ‘small but nice’ we come across this nice Suzuki Swift 1.3. How could it be otherwise, because this generation of Swift was often delivered in orange. It looks remarkably good, especially with those alloy wheels underneath. Be honest; Does it bother you that he is almost twenty years old already? The interior is a bit more businesslike than the Panda and a previous owner has equipped the Swift with a more modern audio player. Can you blow the fantastic King’s Song from 2013 loudly through your speakers?

Toyota MR2 – 2001 – €8,950

Orange cars

An orange two-seater with a mid-engine and black wheels, you probably quickly think of something like a Lamborghini Huracán. This Toyota MR2 is a lot cheaper and can still offer a lot of fun with that recipe. It just doesn’t look exactly like it came off the production line 23 years ago and that may be a bit off to some. The biggest drawback is the automatic transmission. Anyway, less than €9,000 for an MR2, that’s not too bad.

Volkswagen Beetle – 1972 – €8,950

Orange cars

According to many, the prize for the most likeable car from this list should probably go to this 1972 Volkswagen Beetle. Just look at it in all its simplicity, with its color as the only really striking aspect. Okay, the chrome accents are nice too and seem to reflect the car’s good looks. The boxer engine also looks neat, technically you can’t easily fall foul of a Beetle anyway. Who bids?

Volvo C30 – 2011 – €9,940

Orange cars

We conclude with the youngest and most expensive of the bunch, this Volvo C30 1.6 from 2011. In the photo above it may look more red than orange, but in the sunlight it actually turns quite orange. With that color you would almost think that it would have preferred to be a Focus ST, as it shares its base with it. Here you will not find a five-cylinder from Volvo, but a 1.6 from Ford. This makes the C30 not very smooth, but the chassis makes up for a lot. By the way, it only has about 116,000 km on the odometer, so you can expect a fresh car.
