When you use the Workout app on your Apple Watch or the fitness app on your iPhone, various data related to your training is collected. This includes not only health information, but also aspects such as weather, elevation changes, pace and the route traveled.

For most activities, the GPS information comes from the iPhone or Apple Watch itself, as the Series 2 and later models are equipped with a GPS chip. Do you have an older Apple Watch? Once you’ve chosen a fitness workout, you can choose a trainer and select the duration of the workout. Thanks to the right music, you will stay motivated and you will achieve your goals in no time. Apple Fitness+ will be available in select countries later this year. To use the service, you must have an Apple Watch Series 3 or newer.
