More sharpness for more than €3,500 extra
The Ford Focus ST gets a notch sharper. At least, if you have extra euros for that. Ford introduces the optional Track Pack for the Focus ST, which makes the car even sportier in many ways.
In 2022, Ford introduced the Track Pack for the Focus ST, which sharpened that sporty hatchback even more. The Track Pack would not come to the Netherlands, but Ford is now returning to that. You can also sharpen the Ford Focus ST in our country for an additional cost of several thousand euros.
The Track Pack costs €3,575 and brings, among other things, an extensively adjustable coilover kit from KW Automotive to the sportiest version of the current Focus. The springs are up to 50 percent stiffer than the standard ones and place the Focus ST 1 centimeter closer to the asphalt, although you can also lower the Focus ST 1.5 centimeters deeper. The Focus ST with Track Pack gets new 19-inch alloy wheels that are 10 percent lighter than the regular ones and extra potent Brembo brakes. The front brake discs with red calipers measure a considerable 36.3 centimeters. The standard ST discs have a diameter of 33 centimeters at the front. Ford folds extra sticky Pirelli P-Zero Corsa rubber around the new alloy.
From the outside you can recognize a Ford Focus ST with Track Pack by the black rear spoiler and ditto diffuser and the black accents in the front bumper. The roof, upper grille and side mirror caps are also black. Furthermore, the ST logos are slightly different. The ST badges on the Focus ST with Track Pack have a black instead of a chrome-colored frame.
The Focus ST with Track Pack simply has the 280PS 2.3 EcoBoost petrol engine as the STs without the option pack. The Ford Focus ST costs €60,640 in the Netherlands. The Track Pack makes it more than 3.5 grand more expensive.
