Ford is celebrating the Kuga by introducing a new special edition plug-in hybrid SUV. The Ford Kuga is now available as a Graphite Tech Edition, an edition that is comfortable in its stuff.
If you go shopping for a Kuga at Ford, you don’t have much choice. The Ford Kuga is only available as a 225 hp plug-in hybrid and is available in three versions: Titanium, ST-Line and ST-Line X. A new variant is now being added: the Graphite Tech Edition.
The Ford Kuga Graphite Tech Edition is painted in Gray Matter, which is only available for this trim level. Ford puts the Kuga Graphite Edition on 19-inch and gloss black 19-inch alloy wheels. Especially when it comes to driver assistance systems, the Kuga Graphica Tech Edition has its stuff. For example, the special edition has the Driver Asstance Pack as standard, which was previously only standard on the most luxuriously equipped Kuga, the ST-Line X. This package includes smart adaptive cruise control with stop & go functionality, traffic sign recognition, Driver Alert, a 180-degree – front camera, Active Park Assist, Cross Traffic Alert, blind spot detection, an active lane assistant and the door protectors that automatically fold around the door edge when the doors are opened.
The Technology Pack is also part of the standard equipment, a package that is optional even on the ST-Line X. This includes adaptive LED headlights with automatic high beam, cornering lights and a head-up display. The Ford Kuga Graphite Tech Edition has a starting price of €50,895 and can be ordered immediately. The first units will be delivered in June.
