Google Photos has a new shortcut that will help you find your screenshots super fast

Google Photos has a new shortcut built in. This shortcut will take you to your screenshots in one go. From here you can view all your screenshots and immediately indicate whether you want to synchronize and back them up.

Google Photos

Google Photos is Google’s gallery app that comes pre-installed on every Android smartphone. In Google Photos you can, among other things, sync all your photos, manage them and have up to 15 GB backed up to the cloud for free. In addition, Google Photos offers countless functions to edit your photos, share them with friends and it offers the possibility to make various albums, collages and movies from your photos. Quickly to your screenshots

In addition to photos, you can also sync screenshots in Google Photos. To enable this on your smartphone, you need to follow these steps: Settings for photos -> Backup and sync -> Device folders with backups. Now this can be done a lot faster. By means of a new shortcut you can access all your screenshots in one click. Here you can immediately turn the backup for your screenshots on or off. In addition, this means you don’t have to browse your entire gallery to find a screenshot. You will find them all organized via the new shortcut.

If you long-press on the Google Photos app icon, you can find the new “Screenshot” shortcut. You’ll find these above the “Free up space” and “I’m guessing” shortcuts. The new shortcut is being rolled out widely and can be found as of version 5.97 of the app.
