Hymer B-Class now also as semi-integrated

In April 2019 Hymer presented its top model B-Class Masterline, in four layouts. The market soon demanded a semi-integrated motorhome in this segment: the B-ML T 780 is the (first?) Answer to this question.

The new semi-integrated, on a Mercedes-Benz chassis, is equipped with the same equipment level as the integral quartet. But now with the – on average somewhat better – driving characteristics of a semi-integrated, including all Mercedes assistance systems. Just like the integral version, this motorhome is also equipped with its own Hymer SLC chassis.

The low profile is more aerodynamic than the integral body, which has a favorable effect on fuel consumption. The diesel engine in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter produces 177 hp. There is a choice of a manual six-speed gearbox or the well-known automatic with nine gears. Various assistance systems serve to increase road safety. Such as the standard Active Brake Assist or the optional Distronic Active Distance Assist, as well as optional camera-based assistance systems including an active lane warning system or High Beam Assist.

In the spacious double floor, the chassis offers space for all technical components, including fresh and waste water tanks and electrical equipment. A special part that is also accessible from the inside and the garage with a load capacity of up to 450 kg offer even more storage space for the campers.

The new B 780 ML is 789 cm long and 235 cm wide. On board are two single beds, a shower and toilet room opposite each other at the foot of the beds, a corner kitchen with three-burner stove and a corner sofa behind the driver’s seat. The maximum weight of the camper is 4,500 kg.
