ING and Rabobank are experiencing a malfunction: banking via the app is not possible

Many customers of ING and Rabobank have been experiencing problems with internet banking since Tuesday morning. The apps of both banks also give error messages.

Internet banking malfunction

Yesterday, customers of SNS Bank, ASN Bank and RegioBank still experienced problems with debit cards and internet banking. Today hundreds of complaints are received via Allestoringen.nl about internet banking via ING and Rabobank. Complaints are also pouring in on Twitter. The outage at Rabobank seems to have started around 6.30 am, at ING the problems arose around 8.00 am, reports NU.nl So unfortunately we do not know what the cause of the malfunction is and when it will be resolved. According to ING, they are not aware of any malfunctions. We will keep you informed of the progress.
