iPhone 14 Pro Camera: 48 megapixels
It goes without saying that Apple will probably tinker with the camera. But according to analyst Jeff Pu, the iPhone 14 Pro will even have a 48-megapixel camera. Both Pro models of the iPhone 14 get this upgrade. Now the iPhone still has to make do with a 12-megapixel sensor.
Pu goes on to say that the iPhone 14 Pro will again get three camera lenses on the back, consisting of a wide angle, an ultra wide angle and a telephoto lens. Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also previously reported the new camera for the iPhone 14. According to him, the flagship of 2022 would also be equipped with a 48-megapixel camera.
Also more RAM for iPhone 14 Pro
In addition, Pu expects that both iPhone 14 Pro models will have 8GB of RAM (working memory). The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max now have 6GB of RAM. The working memory determines, among other things, the amount of apps that you can run in the background. With more RAM, you can switch between apps more easily and they don’t have to be restarted every time.
iPhone 14 selfie camera: upgrade to punch-hole
There is a good chance that the iPhone 14 Pro will have a notch-less design. Earlier there were rumors that the selfie camera is processed in a hole in the screen. Now there is even more evidence that Apple has opted for a so-called punch-hole design with the iPhone 14 Pro. This is a design where the camera is hidden behind a hole in the screen. Many Android devices already have such a camera hole in the display.
Both the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max are expected to have the updated design. The notch that has been used since the iPhone X will disappear on the high-end iPhones. This creates more space for the display.
