The release of the iPhone 16 is slowly approaching. Now production of the most important parts will also start soon!

iPhone 16 (Pro) display production starts in June

According to display analyst Ross Young, Apple will start production in June. That is not very surprising, because the iPhone 16 (Plus) and the iPhone 16 Pro (Max) should be released in September.

Young said this in a tweet on X that can only be read by subscribers. He said that production for the panels of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro will start ‘next month’. The largest bulk of production would therefore take place in that month.

After that, we won’t have to wait very long for the next iPhones. The iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Plus and iPhone 16 Pro Max are rumored to look a lot like the iPhone 15. But Apple will apparently adjust the size of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The iPhone 16 Pro will have a 6.3-inch screen (this was always 6.1 inches on previous iPhones). But that is not yet as big as the iPhone 16 Pro Max. It goes from 6.7 inches to 6.9 inches. The dimensions of the iPhone 16 (6.1 inches) and the iPhone 16 Plus (6.7 inches) remain the same.

Other rumors about the production of the iPhone 16 indicate that there will be a new ‘Capture’ button. The chip and camera will both be upgraded. It is also expected that the iPhones will support WiFi 7.
