The camera of the iPhone SE 4 will be (almost) as good as that of the iPhone 16. And that for a fraction of the price.
iPhone SE 4: gets the same camera as the iPhone 16
The iPhone SE 4 will have a 48-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel TrueDepth camera on the front. You will have to do without the ultrawide lens that the iPhone 16 does have. This news comes from the South Korea ET News.

According to Apple, the camera on the back of the iPhone SE 4 is a ‘Fusion’ lens. This means that you can take standard photos and 2x zoom photos. So you get the majority of the photo options of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, for a fraction of the price.
iPhone SE 4 price
Rumors about the price of the iPhone SE 4 indicate that it will be between 530 and 600 euros. The iPhone 16 is currently on sale for €865 and the iPhone 16 Plus costs €1,019. So there is still a considerable price difference between the ‘budget’ iPhone and the iPhone 16.

iPhone SE 4: more features
However, there will be many more changes to the iPhone SE 4. For example, you will soon be able to say goodbye to Touch ID with the iPhone SE 4, because the phone will finally get Face ID. According to some rumors, the notch (this is the black bar at the top) will also disappear, but not everyone agrees on this yet. So it remains to be seen what will happen with that.
In addition to the 48-megapixel camera of the iPhone 16, the iPhone SE 4 also gets the action button. Apple first introduced the action button on the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the button can now be found on every version of the iPhone 16. The iPhone SE 4 is reportedly not lagging behind and will also receive the new button.
Apple announced the iPhone SE 2022 on March 8, 2022. That could mean that the successor (the iPhone SE 4) will be presented sometime in March 2025.
